The design proposal reimagines 12 former postal distribution sites across the Netherlands as a network of high-rise towers, creating new urban skylines. Each tower is designed with rotationally transformed floor plans, generating interstitial spaces for diverse uses. These spaces accommodate a mix of residential, business, leisure, and educational programmes, tailored to the identity of each city.
