TBC Forum

The Forum is organised around a public esplanade that links three main programmes: the TBC Bank headquarters, an Innovation Lab for research and idea generation, and a Culture Hub with galleries, restaurants, co-working spaces, and a daycare facility. The esplanade also features flexible outdoor spaces for social events and leisure activities, connecting the buildings to the surrounding landscape.

The roofscapes, inspired by the Caucasian natural landscapes, form a vertical cluster of green spaces that blend into the Lisi valley. The design prioritises social sustainability, with departmental clusters connected by double and triple-height social nodes that encourage interaction and knowledge exchange. Active circulation, including staircases and communal spaces, creates a continuous three-dimensional workflow.

The workplace design supports mobility and flexibility, offering diverse spaces such as standing desks, lounge areas, and breakout spaces. This approach enhances health, creativity, and productivity, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment.
