The Bridge, a high-rise development in Warsaw, Poland, designed in collaboration with Projekt Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury, redefines urban integration by blending modern architecture with historical heritage. The project connects the new skyscraper with the historic Bellona building, creating a unique composition in the Polish market.

Strategically designed to activate public spaces, The Bridge fosters a sustainable urban future while offering 47,000 m2 of office space and facilities for bicycles, electric cars, and scooters. Sustainability is at the core of The Bridge, featuring environmentally friendly solutions and a smart operating system developed by Ghelamco. This system enhances safety with features like virucidal UV lamps and efficient air management. The project is the first commercial property in Central and Eastern Europe to achieve SmartScore and WiredScore certifications, alongside planned BREEAM, Well, and Green Building Standard certifications.
