The Bellona building has been revitalised to house office and service functions while preserving its historic exterior. Inside, a new staircase, panoramic elevator, and internal atrium breathe modern functionality into the monument, with a restored printing machine from the Polish People's Republic on display. The 18-metre-high glazed lobby, connecting the Bellona building to the tower, is a luminous space designed to blend industrial elements like graphite-toned concrete columns with warmth and greenery, including wooden panels and green walls. Wide, multifunctional stairs and a mezzanine enhance the lobby’s role as a vibrant communal space.
The Bridge Tower is a benchmark for sustainable urban development, powered entirely by clean energy and equipped with advanced systems to optimise energy and water use. By combining technological innovation, sustainability, and heritage preservation, The Bridge Tower sets a new standard for future-forward architecture in Warsaw.
