The Cloud @ Donaumarina introduces a dynamic and sustainable office tower concept in Vienna’s rapidly evolving Donaumarina district. The design integrates with its heterogeneous surroundings by rotating facade volumes at different heights, transitioning from smaller human-scale elements at the pedestrian level to larger volumes at the top. This approach not only enhances the building’s connection to its context but also creates a distinctive addition to the waterfront skyline, forming an urban ensemble with its neighboring tower.
