Tirana Tower

Its design draws from traditional woven patterns and the Albanian landscape, creating a vertical ecosystem that evolves with altitude, blending greenery and architecture to enhance the wellbeing of residents and the community. The tower serves as a hub for cultural and social experiences, offering a balance of living, working, and leisure spaces.

The tower’s programme includes 233 residential units, a five-level podium with offices, restaurants, and cultural spaces, and curated amenities such as a mid-tower pool, wellness areas, and a rooftop fine dining restaurant. The surrounding park extends the cultural activation to the public, featuring interactive spaces that celebrate Albania’s heritage. The tower’s responsive design enhances light, wind, and shading through its unique balcony system, which transitions from protective lower levels to open, transparent upper levels. This dynamic facade not only enhances comfort and privacy but also creates a visually striking identity, with a voluminous form that appears to transform with light and shadow, offering a serene and ever-changing experience of the tower.
