Water Villas

The design begins with a basic package of two concrete modules, each 6 metres wide, 10 metres deep, and 3 metres high. The first floor is shifted by 2.5 metres to create a balcony. Buyers can customise the layout, choosing the positions of the kitchen, bathroom, and staircase.

An optional extension package allows further customisation. Prefabricated steel frame boxes, measuring 2.5 by 6 metres, can be added to the basic structure. These boxes can be clad in wood, glass, or wire mesh, transforming into balconies, winter gardens, carports, or additional rooms. This flexibility enables residents to adapt their homes to their lifestyles and preferences.
