The project emphasises the integration of nature, culture, and community to create a social and cultural hub for employees, visitors, and the local community. Its indoor-outdoor programme fosters wellbeing, interaction, and creativity, making it a catalyst for a productive and forward-thinking lifestyle. Inside, the building prioritises flexibility and biophilia, with modular floor plans, deep floor levels, and abundant greenery to support social, physical, and mental health.
Outdoor spaces, including balconies, roof terraces, and a central courtyard, encourage collaboration and relaxation, while the boulevard connects the campus and facilitates interaction. The structure combines reinforced concrete and wood, emphasising sustainability and circularity, while a double-skin glass facade ensures energy efficiency with transparency and solar shading. With geothermal heating and cooling and a material palette of natural tones and red accents, the building reflects Würth’s commitment to innovation, tradition, and environmental responsibility.
