Yongjia World Trade Centre

UNS’ design features five towers ranging from 287m to 146m, with office spaces, high-end residential apartments, and a hotel. The towers are set on a green podium landscape that spans the site, serving as a unifying element and providing public access. The design concept, inspired by “precious objects on a tray,” creates a composition that is recognisable yet integrated with its surroundings.

The towers include “frames” that define neighbourhoods in the sky, offering unique spaces with distinct identities. Overlapping frames form “eyes,” which house sky gardens, lounges, and social spaces with views of the river and city centre. The landscape connects the central green axis to the riverfront, with themed areas catering to cultural and entertainment functions. Public spaces near the water stream are lively, while rooftop areas offer privacy, creating diverse environments for residents, visitors, and business users.
