The Alba truffle slicer, designed by Ben van Berkel, was selected by Alessi to celebrate the slicing of the rare and valuable Alba white truffle. Developed as part of the “De Truffle” workshop, a collaboration between Alessi, the National Centre for Truffle Studies, and the International White Truffle Fair of Alba, the slicer honours the culinary ritual of truffle preparation.
