The campus integrates courtyards, voids, and a central Winter Garden to promote knowledge sharing and wayfinding while enhancing the quality of light and proximity to nature. The ground floor is designed as a semi-public space, connecting the building to Udel’nyy Park and inviting the local community to engage with the space. The rooftop features a student village and green park, creating a lively environment year-round.
The design emphasises connectivity and biophilic principles, with green corridors, courtyards, and a rooftop park integrating nature throughout the building. The compact layout minimises travel time and fosters interaction, while the ground floor includes shared facilities like lecture rooms, a canteen, and sports areas. Security measures are integrated to ensure safety without hindering interaction. The facade uses fritted glass for privacy and daylight, while transparent common areas and semi-private gardens balance openness and privacy, creating an adaptable and inspiring environment for work, study, and community engagement.
