In collaboration with AIRPORT COMPETENCE GmbH, UNS designed a one-roof concept for the X-shaped terminal of Kyiv Boryspil International Airport, with an initial capacity of 15 million annual passengers (MAP) in Phase 1, expandable to 54 MAP in Phase 7. The terminal is conceived as an intermodal transfer hub, integrating air, rail, bus, and private transportation. Its roof geometry is informed by passenger flows, ensuring the shortest and most efficient routes within the terminal.
