The Central Business District in Tongzhou, developed in collaboration with Perennial Real Estate Holdings, is a 1,000,000 m2 mixed-use project designed to be a dynamic urban landmark. The design features six asymmetrical towers grouped into three clusters, connected by bridges that house semi-public functions and create elevated spaces. The towers’ silhouettes contrast dense, textured lower sections with smooth, reflective upper parts, unified by diagonal elements.
