Guiyang Hengfeng Square introduces a new model for urban living by integrating residential, commercial, and social spaces into a vertical community. Located in the heart of Guiyang, the development features a commercial podium with a roof garden and two towers – one residential and one for SOHO (Small Office/Home Office). The design prioritises community and identity, incorporating innovative features like sky gardens every 2-3 levels to foster social interaction and a sense of belonging, inspired by the communal spirit of traditional mountain villages.

The project emphasises nature and cultural identity, weaving green spaces throughout the structure to create a vertical park that complements Guiyang’s lush mountain landscape. Architectural elements draw from the region’s cultural heritage, with brushstroke-like designs and a skybridge inspired by traditional wind and rain bridges, serving as a social hub. Hengfeng Square extends its community-focused design with gardens, plazas, and playgrounds, creating "neighborhoods in the sky" and setting a new standard for mixed-use developments in Guiyang.
