The design is centred around the "Live, Work, and Play" philosophy, with six themed gardens defining neighbourhood blocks and fostering education and community interaction. The site is divided into four circular zones and six landscaped quadrants, resulting in 24 unique neighbourhoods. These areas are connected by lively streets, underground metro links, and a mix of retail, dining, and leisure facilities, enhancing urban life and accessibility.
The development prioritises natural light, ventilation, and privacy, with south-facing, cross-ventilated towers. Safety and community are key, with all car traffic and parking moved underground, spacious entrances, and semi-public spaces like sky gardens and club areas fostering neighbourhood connections. Educational centres, libraries, and sports facilities are strategically placed, while six iconic towers at the site’s centre cater to luxury living, art, and wellness.
This project sets a benchmark for resident-driven urban redevelopment, combining innovative design with community-focused amenities to create a thriving, sustainable neighbourhood in the heart of Gangnam.
