The Eunma Housing Development in Daechi-Dong, Seoul, represents a resident-driven transformation of an established community into a forward-thinking, eco-conscious neighbourhood. Designed in collaboration with Heerim, the masterplan replaces the existing 35-storey towers with 50-storey buildings, increasing the number of apartments from 4,424 to over 6,000. This redevelopment integrates state-of-the-art residences, underground parking, and a new eco-landscape, creating a healthier and more sustainable living environment.
