The design features an undulating green park landscape that serves as the spine of the development, connecting programmatic functions and offering spaces for community interaction, retail, and public amenities.

The project introduces three distinct tower types each with unique architectural qualities such as soft rounded corners, lamellas, and crown designs. These towers are strategically positioned to maximise view corridors toward the waterfront while creating a dynamic skyline. Vertical neighborhoods within the towers promote healthy living by incorporating spaces for activity, exercise, and relaxation. Advanced technology ensures cleaner, safer, and more efficient environments, while the layered urban layout and personalised tower designs foster a future-proof, community-focused living experience.
