The design features five parallel walls that rotate from vertical to horizontal, transitioning into floors and ceilings. This repeated structural element was standardised and prefabricated to reduce costs while maintaining spatial quality. The split-level layout connects the kitchen and dining area on the ground floor to the living space above via a ramp, offering expansive valley views. Another ramp links the living area to the bedrooms on the second floor.
Functional elements like the bathroom, kitchen, and fireplace are centralised, freeing the outer walls for large windows in open spaces, while private rooms are more enclosed. The house combines concrete, glass, and light metal construction, achieving a distinctive design with efficient production.
