By integrating hybrid services, seamless mobility options, and a variety of experiences, the development aspires to become a significant cultural, logistical, and mobility hub, promoting a car-free future and enhancing the quality of urban life. The design is structured around four key urban pillars: Community, Innovation, Nature, and Economics. These pillars shape the area into a resilient environment, offering health and well-being services, cultural and learning opportunities, and adaptable spaces for future needs.
The project features a central promenade connecting the site, with distinct plazas and courtyards that cater to diverse activities, such as pop-up markets, amphitheater events, and wellness-focused gatherings. Organized into quarters, the development reimagines living, shopping, and entertainment, creating a scalable prototype for retail and urban design while fostering a sense of community and sustainability.
