Wenzhou Vanke Residence

The towers’ design responds to this duality, with smooth curtain walls on the north facades and textured balconies on the south. Inside, the residential units feature open living rooms and kitchens on the north side, while bedrooms on the south side overlook a community garden.

Inspired by the Ou River, the landscape garden is a fluid network of greenery and pathways. It serves as a spatial organiser for the towers, SOHO buildings, and villas, creating an integrated communal space for residents to socialise and connect, fostering a sense of community.
