Xintiandi Installation

The installation transitions from wall to ceiling to wall, tracing pedestrians’ movements and translating them into reflections that revolve and invert as they walk through. Large mirrors at each end capture and combine these reflections into a single moving image, creating a kaleidoscopic experience.

The design connects retail, ground, and urban landscape, reinterpreting the relationship between the viewer and their surroundings within the cultural context of the city.
