The building’s fan-shaped design radiates from the bridge, maximising marina views while guiding visitors to various destinations. Its exterior features bronze-toned aluminium panels, inspired by luxury yachts, and wooden funnels reminiscent of sailboat decks. The west-facing facade is fully glazed, offering expansive views of the marina, with balconies and a rooftop pool enhancing the experience.
The landscape design includes three zones: a VIP plaza, a green public plaza with terraces for events, and a village plaza with convenience stores and dining options. The bridge, a key access route, separates pedestrian and vehicle paths, incorporating resting platforms and seating areas to engage visitors with the waterfront.
The clubhouse’s design creates a sculptural connection between land and water, offering a retreat that combines activity, relaxation, and a strong maritime identity.
